A patent application in the Netherlands costs between 180 euro and 914 euro. The filing fee is 80 euro if you apply for a patent using the online filing facility and it costs 120 euro to apply using the paper patent application form. The required novelty search costs 100 euro (national search) or 794 euro (international search).If you use the services of a patent attorney who is able to write the patent document on your behalf, this incurs costs of between 2,000 euro and 5000 euro.
You will be charged fees for the maintenance of the patent from the fourth year following the filing date.
