Designs

External appearance can be protected by the designs and models law. This external appearance can include for example colour, shape or use of material. A drawing or design is the appearance of a product or a part thereof that is new and has an individual character.

By registering your design, you have the right to take action against third parties who infringe upon your design.

You can choose between a:

• Benelux design
• Community design
• International design
