In the Benelux

For Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (the BeNeLux countries), you can register your trademark at once. Since 1 September 2006 the Benelux Convention for Intellectual Property has come into force. You can think of a single word mark (possibly in combination with a special style of writing), a single device mark or a combination of both. 

Costs
After registration you may lay claim to the right. Your trademark will last for ten years and can be renewed indefinitely. Trademark protection in the Benelux will cost you about 240 euro, costs of a patent attorney included.
