Claim

The party that (jointly) makes a claim on a patent may request a summons in a procedure in which the patent is completely or partially disputed.

• You must submit original documents or the copy must be compared by the bailiff with another copy upon submission.
• The patent right number must be clearly stated.

Fees
Registration of a deed of pledge costs 27 euro per right number. You can transfer this sum to the bank account of NL Patent Office.

Registration of the final judicial decision on a dispute
The registration of a final judicial decision on a dispute relates to a final judicial decision made in proceedings in which the patent is completely or partially disputed. This decision may be registered by any one of the parties who make a claim on a patent.
