Nullification
A summons to nullify a patent may be issued in order to have a granted patent partially or completely revoked in a procedure. A number of requirements apply to registering the revocation of a patent in the Netherlands Patent Register.Requirements registration Dutch patent register

You must submit original documents or the copy must be compared by the bailiff with another copy upon submission.

In the procedure to nullify a patent, the requesting party can withdraw the demand for nullification.

Registering the final decision of nullification
The court ultimately issues a ruling in the procedure of nullifying a patent. This final decision is entered in the patent register once it is received.
