The exploratory search is for entrepreneurs, scientists, researchers, students and other interested parties in the Netherlands only.

The result of an exploratory search is a collection of patent publications that:

• Provide an overview of well-known technologies in a specific field, or
• Form the state of the art for a specific development.

No searches are carried out that relate to:

• Infringement and/or indemnity
• Invalidity
• Filed patent applications.

The report does not contain any claims with regard to novelty or the inventive step.
